Do You Have A Project To Discuss ?
-
Trommel Screens
BlueMAC trommel screens are engineered to remove the fine fraction (“fines”) from mixed waste streams, making downstream handling easier for operatives and processing equipment. Fines are separated through precision-sized apertures in the trommel drum—typically 15–40 mm, but fully configurable to your material, throughput and product spec.
-
Flip Flow Screens (with SPALECK)
In partnership with SPALECK, BlueMAC integrates heavy-duty flip flow screens to tackle wet, sticky or highly variable materials that blind conventional screens. The aggressive, elastic screening mats impart intense motion, delivering sharp separations across multiple fractions.
-
Ballistic Separators
Ballistic separators split material by shape, weight, and stiffness. Paddle decks push light, flat items (film, paper, cardboard) uphill, while rigid/heavy items (bottles, cans, wood, stones) bounce or roll down the slope—creating clean, distinct streams for recovery.
